• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority
• International orders ship via DHL (final sale)
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

Custom candle orders will typically take 7–14 days to process, though delays can happen. All orders ship either via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. International orders ship via DHL.

When an order is placed, you will receive an invoice via email, and once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
